When we were first called in, Mr Parmar had consulted with another AV company and was not happy with their approach or solutions. He called us in and decided that we were a better fit. At this stage, he had bought the house and it was a shell and he wanted to work slowly on it, sorting out each are step by step. He wanted every room to have data points, and aerial and satellite system, CCTV, as well as one main room Living room / Cinema Room with all the equipment, such as his sky box and amplifier, hidden away in is garage, which was below his living room. We got to work planning and scheduling in work….
We first came in to do the pre-wiring, which was the Coax cabling for satellite and aerial points in each rooms and cat6 to rooms and landings. We also installed a CCTV system so he could keep an eye on the property during build phase. We arrange Sky Fibre Broadband to ensure he could see his cameras whilst away from the property. Once complete, we tested and left the property so he could carry on with the build and decorating.
After all the work was complete, we were called back to complete the final phase of the work. The equipment chosen was as follows:

5. SPro Security System
6. TP Link Access points
7. 2 x 19U Data Cabinets
We started by cutting out the wall for the speakers. Once done, we routed the speaker cable from these positions, through the floor and into the Data cabinet where the AV amplifier was housed. We then mounted the TV and routed the HDMI’s the same way to the same location. We housed the Sky box, Blu-ray player in the same cabinet and interconnected with the amplifier. We calibrated the sound and picture for optimal performance and ensured with IP controls worked for seamless control.
Next, we installed all the wall plates for data & aerial and installed and configured the access points for whole house Wi-Fi. We ran some walk tests to ensure reliable signal in all parts of the house. The whole house has the same username and password for Wifi.
